Green, Yellow at (more or less) -18dBfs and Red at 0dBfs, and it's easy to tweak it. Hope it works with newer versions...
To install, copy the xml files into : Windows : C:\Users\YOU\AppData\Roaming\Steinberg\Cubase\Presets\Configurations\ Mac : /Users/YOU/Library/Preferences/Cubase/Presets/Configurations/ (Folders may be named differently depending on your OS and/or Cubase version) Then, in Cubase, go to preferences, load the preset you want and restart Cubase
